Victory Venkatesh and Naga Chaitanya are teaming up for the first time for Venky Mama and the film was hot in trade during the initial days. But with huge delays and the season reaching an all-time low, the film is facing the heat. Venky Mama is made on a budget of Rs 45 crores and the film’s producer Suresh Babu is finding it tough to recover the investments. Now the Hindi Dubbing rights are fetching low prices.
Suresh Babu was expecting Rs 10 crores for the Hindi Dubbing Rights of Venky Mama. But the quotes are just half of the quoted price which left the team in shock. With the film made on a huge budget, it is impossible to recover the investments before release. Directed by KS Ravindra (Bobby), the film features Rashi Khanna and Payal Rajput as the leading ladies. S Thaman is composing the music and Suresh Productions, People Media Factory are the producers. Venky Mama is slated for December 13th release.
