Superstar Rajinikanth is a relaxed man after he wrapped up the shoot of 2.0 and Kaala. The actor is preparing himself to float his own political party and he even signed a film in the direction of Karthik Subbaraj recently. The movie has nothing much to do with politics and is said to be a light-hearted action entertainer. The pre-production work of the movie is currently in final stages and the makers are busy finalizing the cast.
The regular shoot will commence from June 7th in Dehradun and will take place for a month. Simran is the female lead and Vijay Sethupathi is the lead antagonist. A look test has been conducted in Sun Studios recently on Rajinikanth and his look has been finalized. Anirudh is composing the music and Sun Pictures will produce this big budget film. The makers are keen on releasing the film during the end of this year.
