The Andhra Pradesh Government has decided to come up with new educational reforms in the coming year for the upliftment of school children. In an meeting held on Monday secretary of school education along with few higher officials came up with few ideas for the betterment of school education in AP. CM Chandra Babu wanted to make AP as an education hub. In an meeting CM addressed that poor and under rated students should be transformed into talented and outstanding students. CM also said that government is ready to provide adequate funds for the reforms in school education if needed.
Naidu also tweeted that AP has made tremendous changes and reforms in the education sector. In the National Assessment Survey 2017 report, the State has climbed up to 3rd rank from its 17th rank in year 2014-15. According to sources this survey is based on the average scores of students in grades 3,5 & 8.
AP Government has also launched new scheme for the students regarding their bus pass. Students in Andhra Pradesh don’t have to stand in queue every month to get their Student Bus Passes renewed. With the new system in place, students can now avail themselves of three months’ validity bus pass or an annual bus pass for a period of 10 months. All these moves taken by AP government to improve education system in the state was widely appreciated by all the educational officials.
