Katrina’s at-home exercise tips in the midst of lockdown

Mumbai: If you are feeling the loss of your exercise center meetings due to coronavirus flare-up, don’t stress. On-screen character Katrina Kaif has shared some astonishing exercise practices all of you can do at home, in the midst of the COVID-19 lockdown.

Taking to her Instagram account, Katrina posted a few her exercise recordings. She is seen performing squats, pushups and situps alongside her mentor Yasmin Karachiwala at her porch.

1 Squat and Side Leg Lifts – 3 sets x 20 reps

2 Reverse Lunge – 3 sets x 15 reps

3 Situp – 3 sets x 20 reps

4 Pushup – 3 sets x 15 reps (you can substitute with slant pushups or knee pushups)

5 Plank to ‘T’ – 3 sets x 15 reps

6 Mountain Climbers – 4 moderate and 15 beat x 3 sets,” Katrina composed.

Katrina’s exercise recordings come after the shutdown of rec centers in a few regions, including Delhi and Maharashtra, in the wake of coronavirus alarm.
