Padmashri Kamal Haasan wrapped up the shoot of Vishwaroopam 2 and the film has been slated for August 10th release. The actor turned politician and he floated his own political party named Makkal Needhi Maiam. His next film Sabash Naidu has been kept on hold after Kamal got busy with his political activities. When Shankar approached Kamal for the sequel of Indian 2, the actor was quite excited and he signed the film. He allotted bulk dates for the project this year.
Shankar is occupied with the post-production work of 2.0 and the film’s release date is yet to be announced. Kamal with nothing much to do is in plans to start the shoot of Sabash Naidu and wrap it up at the earliest. With Shankar still unclear about the shoot, Kamal is said to take a call after Shankar wraps up his work for 2.0. If Kamal turns busy as a politician, he will not be able to shoot for Indian 2 informed a close source of Kamal. Shankar will have to shelve the film if Kamal walks out as he is not in a mood to do the film
