A FIR has been held up against political strategist Prashant Kishor in Patna after charges of written falsification in his ‘Baat Bihar Ki’ battle, which was propelled as of late. The FIR was enlisted under Sections 420 (cheating) and 406 (discipline for criminal break of trust) of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) at Patliputra Police Station.
The FIR has been enrolled by Shashwat Gautam, who in his grievance asserted he was chipping away at a comparable task, which was to be propelled in future. Gautam has additionally enlisted the FIR against an individual called Osama, who worked with him on ‘Bihar ki Baat’ battle before he left the activity. Sources said Gautam gave the police a few confirmations to back his case.
